Gate-Units
Astrol supports with its standard gate units many different high power semiconductors like IGBT (StakPak, HiPak) and Thyristors from several manufacturers. Furthermore, for our pulsed power products we are using optimized gate units to allow in conjunction with high sophisticated semiconductors extreme high di/dt of up to 40kA/µs and pulse current up to 120kA.
